Kasiani “Kasie” Norman has worked her way through the Hess Law Group, starting in 2006 as a Legal Assistant through October 2011 when she became an Associate Attorney.  Kasie received her undergraduate degree from Wayne State University in 2006 with a Political Science major and followed up with a certification as a Legal Assistant in 2004.  After several years as a Legal Assistant Kasie, while maintaining a full time work schedule, returned to school and attended the Thomas M. Cooley Law School at Oakland University to pursue her legal education.

Kasie worked tirelessly in law school receiving several accolades including:

- Best Essay Wills & Trusts, 2009; subsequently published by the Thomas M. Cooley Student Bar Association in 2010

- Certificate of Merit Award for Defending Drunk Drivers, August 2010

- Certificate of Merit Award for Trial Skills, August 2010

- Honors Scholarship Recipient Thomas M. Cooley Law School Class of May 2011

- Cum Laude Thomas M. Cooley Law School Class of May 2011
